These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern your purchase of a Senior Companions membership from Sizzle, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them. Please read the recurring-billing section carefully.
What you are buying
Senior Companions is a subscription service providing access to conversational AI companions (Synth Humans®) through a web browser. A membership entitles the named account holder to a monthly allowance of conversation minutes and unlimited access to every companion in the library, including companions added during the term.
This is a digital service, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and is available continuously for the duration of the paid term. There are no delivery charges and no delivery delay.
A companion is an artificial-intelligence experience. It is not a real person, not a medical or nursing service, not an emergency or medical-alert service, and not a substitute for professional care.
Plans, prices and currency
All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout.

New members receive 2 free minutes before any charge is taken. Unused minutes roll over to the following month while the membership remains active. Additional minutes may be purchased in 30-minute blocks at the rate shown for your plan; these are one-time charges and do not recur.
Recurring billing — please read
Monthly plans renew automatically every month on the calendar day of your original purchase, at the monthly price shown above, until you cancel. Yearly plans renew automatically every twelve months at the yearly price shown above, until you cancel.
Yearly billing is available on the Introduction and Companion plans only. A yearly payment covers twelve months and delivers thirteen months of access. The Daily and Constant plans are billed monthly only.
Your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period. We will email a receipt for every charge to the address on the account. The charge appears on your card statement under the merchant name shown at checkout.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; access continues until then. To cancel, use any of the following:

We action cancellation requests within one business day of receipt and confirm by email. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.
Changing plans
You may move to a larger or smaller plan at any time. An increase takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. A decrease takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
Acceptable use
A membership covers one named person and one conversation at a time. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used to provide a service to third parties. Organisations wishing to provide Senior Companions to residents or clients should contact us for a facility agreement.
We may suspend or terminate an account for sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, or use that threatens the safety of others. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current term.
Availability
The service is offered to customers in the United States. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
