Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 August 2026 · Sizzle, Inc.
This policy explains what Senior Companions collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It applies to the website and to conversations held with a companion.
What we collect
- Account details — the name and email address used to open the account, and the billing details needed to take payment.
- Conversation memory — what a member chooses to tell a companion, and the thread of past conversations, so that the next one continues rather than restarts.
- Usage records — minutes consumed, plan, and billing history.
- Basic technical data — device type, browser and IP address, used to keep the service working and secure.
We do not collect medical records, contacts, calendars, location, or anything else from a member's device outside the conversation itself.
Why we ask for an email address
The email address is the account identifier. It is what allows a companion to recognise the same person from one conversation to the next, which is the whole basis of the service. It is not a marketing list. We use it for receipts, service notices, and replies to messages you send us.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the last four digits and card brand, for receipts and support.
Who can see conversation memory
A member's companions, so that conversations continue. Not their family — purchasing a membership for someone does not grant access to their conversations. Not other members. A small number of our staff can access it where a safety report or a support request requires it, and every such access is logged.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share conversations with advertisers. We do not use conversations to build advertising profiles.
Retention and deletion
Conversation memory is kept while the membership is open and erased within 30 days of cancellation. A member may clear a companion's memory at any time from their account. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what is held, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email support@sizzle.network or telephone 818-633-0453. We verify identity before acting on a request.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored encrypted at rest. No system is perfect; where a breach affects personal information we notify affected members as the law requires.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here and email account holders before it takes effect.
